Shipping

Nature Pure Online Store ships to all 50 states in the USA.

All products are shipped via UPS Ground Service unless USPS Priority Mail requested.

Insurance coverage is included for ALL parcels for safety and security.

You must provide the full name of the recipient of the parcel.

A complete address including suite/apartment number is required for customers who live in a building that contains multiple addresses and tenants.

You must provide the complete, accurate address at the time of ordering. We are NOT responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

No P.O. Box allowed in shipping address.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email that contains your package's UPS or USPS confirmation code. All packages are shipped from New York.

Shipping charges:

$6.25 for first item and $0.75 for each additional item.

(A $19.50 surcharge applies when shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. It will get applied automatically during checkout.)

Delivery standard: (not including Hawaii & Alaska):

East Coast: 3-5 business days*

Midwest: 5-7 business days*

West Coast: 7-10 business days*

* not including Weekends or Holidays!

Guidelines for Returns

We hope you enjoy everything you buy from NaturePureSpa.com.

Refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of delivery.

Travel Sets, eye patches, CIT roller, perfumes, colognes, make up, hair dyes and other hair products

are not accepted for return or exchange.

Shipping cost on product returns is not refundable.

There is no restocking fee on product returns.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid.

We cannot accept returns on overly used products.

If you refuse your delivery, you will incur original shipping charges along with actual return shipping fees.

NaturePureSpa.com reserves the right to refuse a return if there is suspicion of fraud or abuse in any part of our return program.

For damaged shipments, please save the box/packaging and contact us immediately.

We make every effort to ensure that your orders arrive to you intact and in the same condition they are in our store. All return/damage inquiries must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
